The Ramos Law Firm is a complete workers’ compensation firm that understands the obstacles presented to injured workers and employers/insurers. Located in Atlanta, Georgia, we help injured workers throughout the Atlanta area obtain workers’ compensation benefits. In certain circumstances, the Ramos Law Firm may elect to represent employers who have demonstrated a solid commitment to its workers. Our representation of employers furthers our knowledge and commitment to workers’ compensation law in Georgia. Under special conditions, the Ramos Law Firm may be retained by a reputable employer to handle complex workers’ compensation issues.
Being a complete workers’ compensation firm, our firm handles the creation of Workers’ Compensation Medicare Set-Aside Trusts (MSA) and the associated dealings with the Centers for Medicare (CMS). Our MSA practice covers national issues regarding the federal law affecting workers’ compensation settlements. The Ramos Law Firm strives to protect all parties involved in the MSA and CMS process.
